+What kind of work can I bring to Aida?
Start with work waiting to be done: customer questions, product descriptions, sales research or comparing information. Aida helps define a clear task, the expected result and how you will check it.
+Do I need to know how to use AI already?
Start with the work you know and the result you want. Aida guides you through the requirements. The person doing the work proposes a plan, and you approve the AI tools and access before starting.
+Can someone from my own team do the work?
Yes. Choose “From my team” if you already have someone in mind, or look for a person in the marketplace. In either case, you review their fit and agree the task and terms together.
+How do I find the right person for the task?
Matching compares the task’s requirements with a person’s skills and experience. You review the explanation and decide whether to proceed. Both sides approve before collaboration begins.
+How do I know when the work is done?
You agree the expected result and acceptance criteria before starting. The person submits their work against those criteria, and you review it. The agreed review and revision process guides any refinements needed to meet those criteria.
+Who is responsible — the person or AI?
The person doing the work remains responsible for the agreed result and checkpoints. AI supports their work. Your company approves the scope, access and final result.
+What company information do I need to share?
Start with a description of the work. Your task draft stays private while you shape the brief. Your company separately approves the information shared, the people involved and the access needed for the task.
+How is access to my company’s information protected?
Access is shaped around the task, resources and actions your company approves. For supported task connections, the platform checks permissions on the server before actions run and encrypts stored connection credentials. This keeps connected work tied to the approved task.
+Who decides what the person doing the work and AI can access?
An authorized person at your company approves task access. You agree the information the person doing the work needs, which supported AI tools may be used and the data-handling requirements. These choices are recorded in the task plan so both sides work from the same agreement.
+How are connection credentials protected?
The platform stores task-connection credentials encrypted and ties them to your company, task and approved connection. These stored credentials are kept separate from the person’s conversation and AI prompts. The platform uses them for authorized actions through the approved connection.
+Are connected actions recorded?
Yes. Supported tool actions are linked to an approved task plan and explicit action approval. The platform records the approvals and action status, creating a clear record of connected work.
+What happens when task access ends?
Your company controls whether connected work continues. Before each new supported connected action runs, the platform checks that task authorization is still active. Ending or revoking that authorization closes approval for further connected actions.
+How much does it cost to use Aida?
Defining and confirming a task is free. Opening it for matching requires a company subscription, with the plan based on active task capacity. The person’s pay is agreed separately, with no percentage platform fee added to it. See the Pricing page for plans.
