1. Who we are and when these terms apply
Aron & Aida is provided by IGA TXEN OÜ, registry code 14058701, Vesiveski tn 11, Tallinn 11914, Estonia. Contact us at legal@aronandaida.com. These terms apply to your candidate and operator services when incorporated into the agreement you accept with us.
Aron helps you describe your capabilities and find relevant measured tasks. Aida helps organizations define work and find a suitable operator. We provide the platform; a task-specific agreement identifies the parties responsible for delivering and paying for each task. Registration or a match does not make us your employer or create a task contract. Mandatory employment and worker protections apply according to the actual relationship.
2. Your account and eligibility
Use your own identity, keep contact and eligibility information accurate, protect your sign-in methods, and promptly report suspected account misuse. Supply only evidence that you may lawfully share and distinguish verified facts from estimates or self-declared experience. One person may hold several organization roles, but each role has its own permissions.
You must have the legal capacity and any permissions needed for the service and work concerned. Registration does not establish eligibility to contract or receive payment. Availability depends on supported countries, legal forms, work rights, tax requirements, identity checks, sanctions rules and payment capabilities. Complete the checks requested for the particular action; do not evade an unavailable-country or verification restriction.
3. Your profile and AI assistance
Imported documents and conversations are source material. Review and explicitly confirm your Candidate Profile version before it enters matching. Correct errors and keep your availability and boundaries current. A self-declared or AI-inferred claim is not independently verified merely because it appears in a profile.
AI suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Review them before relying on them and obtain qualified advice where needed. We do not guarantee a match, introduction, interview, task, income or result. An AI agent cannot sign an agreement, grant access, accept work or authorize payment for you.
4. Matching, interest and disclosure
Matching compares a confirmed profile with one confirmed task version and explains relevant evidence and requirements. It is not a universal rating of you. Before mutual interest, the organization receives only the permitted anonymous, task-specific view. Identities are disclosed only after you express interest and the organization also confirms interest.
Mutual interest is an introduction, not permission to access confidential systems or an agreement to perform work. You may reject or withdraw an unaccepted proposal without penalty before contract formation. Use information received about another participant only for the disclosed collaboration purpose, not unrelated marketing, surveillance or onward disclosure.
5. Agreeing a measured task
Before you become an operator, you, the organization and IGA TXEN OÜ must accept the applicable three-party framework. You and the organization must also accept the same bilateral task-specific agreement versions, including scope, objective success criteria, evidence, acceptance, compensation, cancellation and the execution plan. Required identity, organization, eligibility and approval checks must be complete. Work may begin only after the required guaranteed funding or payment assurance and access approvals are confirmed.
A proposed change does not replace an accepted version. Material changes to scope, compensation, tools, data or responsibilities need the relevant parties’ recorded approval. Separate signed orders and task-specific terms govern their commercial subject matter; these general terms do not fill an unagreed payment amount or authorize work. An existing employee’s task must preserve applicable employment, payroll and tax rules.
6. Operating responsibly
You remain accountable for your agreed work and proper use of the tools you select. Follow the approved execution plan, access limits, cost caps and human checkpoints. Keep accurate evidence, report material errors and stop affected activity when safety, authorization or data protection is uncertain. Do not subcontract or share access without the required approval.
Protected organization data may be used only within its approved controlled environment, not downloaded to a personal device or sent to an unapproved tool. Missing organization data, access, funding, approvals or dependencies pause affected deadlines and must be reported; they do not by themselves count as operator delay. New scope requires an agreed change, not an assumption that existing compensation covers it.
7. Compensation, results and cancellation
Every measured task requires guaranteed compensation greater than zero. Outcome bonuses or revenue share may add to it, not replace it. Guaranteed compensation remains payable for compliant performance of the agreed in-scope work even if the desired outcome is missed. The accepted agreement specifies amounts, currency, approved hours or milestones, evidence and payment triggers. At least one in-scope correction round is included; partial payment follows accepted milestones or an agreed partial-acceptance rule.
The named approver has 72 hours to accept a submission, request in-scope changes or raise a dispute. Silence pauses and escalates the review; it does not automatically accept a result or release money. Cancellation after contract formation preserves earned amounts and agreed cancellation rights. Company subscription charges are separate from your compensation. Integrated settlement uses an approved regulated provider; an approved external or employee-payroll route must be recorded accurately. Your tax responsibilities and any payer withholding duties follow applicable law and the agreement.
8. Your content, confidentiality and intellectual property
Your portable profile and general skills remain separate from organization data and access rights. The organization owns its data and task-specific deliverables; each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property. The task agreement records the necessary transfer or licence arrangements, including any licence to pre-existing material. Ownership or licensing of custom agents, workflows and reusable components must be expressly agreed for the task. General know-how may be retained without retaining another party’s confidential information.
You permit us and our authorized service providers to process your submitted material only as needed to provide, secure and support the agreed service, comply with law and carry out your approved sharing choices. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission for unrelated publicity. We may use anonymised conversation transcripts and aggregated usage data to improve our Services, matching algorithms and AI systems. We do not sell or license your personal data to third parties for training their AI models. Service improvement remains subject to the Privacy Policy, verified anonymisation and applicable confidentiality, notice and consent requirements. The Privacy Policy and applicable Data Sharing Agreement explain the data boundaries; accepting these terms is not consent to every optional processing activity.
9. Restrictions, suspension and leaving
Do not submit false evidence, infringe rights, discriminate unlawfully, harass people, commit fraud, compromise systems or use the service for prohibited work. Tasks involving health, biometric, children’s or criminal-offence data, or disclosure of credentials, are not permitted under the current task rules. Separate identity-verification procedures follow their own notices and safeguards. The End User Licence Agreement also governs permitted software use.
You may stop using the service and request account closure. We may proportionately restrict access to address a breach, legal requirement, security threat or failed eligibility check. Where lawful and practicable we give reasons, explain remediation and allow you to request human review at legal@aronandaida.com. Urgent protection may precede notice. Closure does not erase existing payment, confidentiality or dispute obligations. Export and deletion requests remain subject to lawful retention and other people’s rights.
10. Responsibility, changes and disputes
We are responsible for providing our agreed platform services with reasonable care and skill. Each party remains responsible under applicable law for its own acts and contractual duties. These terms set no blanket exclusion or monetary cap on liability and do not remove remedies for defective services, fraud, deliberate misconduct or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
We communicate material changes and identify the version and date proposed. Required acceptance is obtained before changed contractual terms apply; publication alone does not rewrite an accepted task or account agreement. Raise complaints with legal@aronandaida.com. We may assist with evidence review and voluntary mediation, but do not act as a binding tribunal. Applicable law and competent courts follow a valid express agreement and the rules that otherwise apply. Mandatory local consumer, employment and data-protection rights, including applicable withdrawal and refund rights, remain intact. No compulsory arbitration or waiver of access to regulators is imposed by these terms.
1. Scope and parties
These terms apply when incorporated into an organization’s accepted service agreement with IGA TXEN OÜ, registry code 14058701, Vesiveski tn 11, Tallinn 11914, Estonia, operator of Aron & Aida. Our legal contact is legal@aronandaida.com. The organization is responsible for its task requirements and its commitments to an operator; our platform duties are those agreed with us.
Aida assists with task definition and operator matching. A platform account, subscription, introduction or AI message does not itself engage an operator or guarantee successful delivery. A separately accepted order governs the subscription, and signed task-specific documents govern task performance and compensation. Mandatory law prevails over any inconsistent term.
2. Organization identity and authority
Representatives must provide accurate organization details, have authority for the actions they take, and maintain appropriate role grants. Creating a task, publishing it, signing a contract, approving a result, managing billing and granting data access are distinct permissions. The organization must promptly remove obsolete access and ensure that delegations stay within the grantor’s authority.
Organization existence and representative contact checks precede publication; the applicable organization, signer, operator, country and eligibility checks precede binding collaboration. Verification is action-specific and does not guarantee a participant’s performance. Global registration does not mean every contracting, protected-access or payment capability is available in every country.
3. Defining and confirming work
A work brief is private preparation material. The authorized owner must review and confirm each measured task separately, including tasks generated from an imported document. Define objective numeric or binary success criteria, scope and exclusions, evidence, acceptance rules, schedule, required capabilities, tools, data boundaries, guaranteed compensation and accountable approvers. AI-generated content does not approve any of these items.
Provide only data, documents and system references that you have authority to use. Do not create illegal, discriminatory, deceptive, harmful or unauthorized work. Tasks requiring health, biometric, children’s or criminal-offence data or disclosure of credentials are prohibited under the current task rules. An approved identity-verification flow is separate from task content.
4. Publication and matching
Opening a task requires a confirmed version, the required subscription capacity, organization checks and publication approval. Only a separately reviewed anonymous projection is public. Do not include organization or client identities, contact details, protected personal data, confidential process details, attachments or secrets in that projection. Confidential edits do not silently change the published version.
You receive task-specific candidates and evidence-labelled explanations, not a general candidate catalogue or a guarantee of fit. Use lawful and relevant requirements; do not make unlawful discriminatory decisions. Candidate interest followed by your confirmed interest permits identity disclosure. It does not grant confidential data access or form a task contract. The published guaranteed compensation floor cannot be reduced without a new approved and republished task version.
5. Subscription and platform charges
Task definition and confirmation are free. Opening confirmed tasks for matching requires an active monthly subscription with sufficient active-task capacity. The accepted order or checkout states the price, taxes, capacity, allowances and billing details before a charge is agreed. We do not add a percentage transaction fee to operator compensation under these terms. Operator compensation and approved tool costs are separate obligations.
A task consumes capacity from opening through its active collaboration until valid closure or pre-contract cancellation. Pausing or public-listing expiry does not by itself release that capacity. Upgrades are immediate with prorated billing; permitted downgrades take effect next cycle when active usage fits. Cancellation or payment failure stops new opening and matching while existing contracts continue under their terms. Failed subscription payments have a 14-day grace period for resolving payment.
For the first subscription, a reasoned value-refund request may be submitted within 30 days of the first payment; we provide a decision within five business days. This is a reviewed request, not an automatic refund. A subscription refund never removes a task contract, earned operator compensation or approved tool costs. Any additional mandatory refund or consumer rights remain unaffected.
Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the next renewal. Request cancellation by emailing support@aronandaida.com from your account email with your organization name. We verify billing authority and confirm the effective date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; existing task contracts and payment obligations continue. Task closure or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Send first-subscription refund requests to the same address with your organization name, payment reference and reason within the 30-day window. This value-refund policy does not cover upgrades or later resubscriptions. Do not send card details or identity documents by email.
6. Contracts, execution plans and changes
The organization sets the outcome and constraints; the proposed operator prepares the execution plan for organization approval. Before collaboration becomes binding, the organization, operator and IGA TXEN OÜ must accept the applicable three-party framework. The organization and operator must also accept the same bilateral task schedule, compensation terms and approved plan versions, with the required verification and authority checks complete. A work instruction or AI message is not a substitute for that acceptance.
The plan must identify human and tool actions, approved data use, access, evidence, costs and stop procedures. Changes to scope, tools, data, acceptance, compensation or responsibilities require a new version and the relevant parties’ recorded approval. The existing agreement remains effective until properly replaced. A task creator’s permission does not imply authority to sign or approve expenditure.
7. Funding and operator compensation
Agree guaranteed compensation greater than zero; bonuses and revenue share are additional. Confirm the required funding, authorization, guarantee or approved external-payment assurance before any task or milestone starts. Approved tool, AI, API and licence costs are normally paid by the organization separately from compensation, subject to the accepted cost cap. Additional costs require prior approval.
Compliant in-scope work retains its guaranteed compensation even if the desired outcome is not achieved. Payment triggers, currency, hours, milestones, tax handling and cancellation consequences must be recorded in the accepted agreement. Use the approved regulated payment route or a clearly recorded approved external route; IGA TXEN OÜ does not hold operator funds in its own bank account. Existing employee compensation follows the employer’s applicable payroll or bonus process. Each party must fulfil its own legal invoicing, withholding and tax duties.
8. Result review, delay and task closure
Provide the agreed data, access, funding and decisions on time. Organization-caused missing dependencies pause affected deadlines and must not be treated as operator delay. The named result approver has 72 hours to accept a submission, request in-scope changes or raise a reasoned dispute against the agreed criteria. At least one in-scope correction round is included; new work needs an agreed change.
Silence pauses the workflow and escalates review; it never automatically accepts work or releases funds. We may facilitate evidence review and voluntary mediation without claiming binding adjudication authority. Cancellation preserves accepted milestones, approved hours, earned components and applicable guaranteed compensation or cancellation fees. Closure requires accepted results, settled obligations, resolved disputes and revoked task access.
9. Data, confidentiality and intellectual property
The organization is responsible for the rights and lawful basis needed to supply its data and authorize its systems. Approve a task-specific access package and give only the minimum necessary, time-limited access. Protected data stays in the approved controlled environment. Access must be revoked when no longer justified; a subscription or task contract is not a blanket data-access permission.
The organization owns its data and task-specific deliverables. Each party retains pre-existing intellectual property, and the task agreement must record the necessary transfer or licence arrangements. Custom agents, workflows and reusable components require explicit ownership or licence terms. An operator’s portable profile, general skills and unrelated personal materials do not become organization property. Our limited service-processing rights and each participant’s confidentiality duties follow the Privacy Policy, Data Sharing Agreement and any separately required processing agreement.
10. Restrictions and ending the service
We may proportionately pause publication, matching, access or service for a material breach, verification failure, non-payment, legal requirement or security risk. We provide reasons and a route to human review where lawful and practicable; urgent protection may occur first. Contact legal@aronandaida.com to contest a decision or report unlawful content. The End User Licence Agreement governs software misuse.
Subscription cancellation or account closure does not cancel existing task agreements, accrued charges, operator payments, confidentiality duties or lawful record retention. The organization must arrange an orderly handover, revoke unnecessary access and respect applicable export and deletion rights. Termination rights and any commercial notice requirements in an accepted order remain subject to mandatory law.
11. Responsibility and general terms
We owe reasonable care and skill in providing our agreed platform services. The organization remains responsible for its representatives’ authorized actions, its supplied data and its task commitments; operators remain responsible for their agreed performance. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion, unlimited indemnity or fixed liability cap. Liability and available remedies follow applicable law and any validly agreed task-specific allocation.
Material contractual changes are communicated with their proposed version and date and require acceptance where applicable. A public-page update does not amend recorded acceptance. Separate signed orders govern their commercial subject matter without overriding mandatory law or data-protection requirements. Questions and complaints go to legal@aronandaida.com. A valid express choice and applicable conflict-of-law and jurisdiction rules determine governing law and competent courts. Mandatory local rights and regulator access are preserved; these terms impose no compulsory arbitration.
1. Scope, parties and actual data roles
This agreement applies when incorporated into the participants’ accepted service or task agreement. The participating organization and operator are identified in that agreement; the platform provider is IGA TXEN OÜ, registry code 14058701, Vesiveski tn 11, Tallinn 11914, Estonia, legal@aronandaida.com. Personal data means information relating to an identified or identifiable person. Confidential information also includes protected business and task material.
A party is an independent controller where it decides its own processing purposes and means. A party acting only on another controller’s documented instructions is a processor; an employee may act under their employer’s authority. Roles depend on the actual activity, not the label of operator, customer or platform. Where parties jointly determine purposes and means, they must document their joint-controller responsibilities before that activity begins.
2. Permitted purposes and sharing boundaries
Share only the information necessary for the documented task, matching, informed contracting, authorized performance, verification, settlement, support, security or legal obligation. The relevant party must have a lawful basis, provide required notices, respect confidentiality and record the approved recipients. Agreement to these terms is not blanket consent to optional marketing, biometric processing or every future disclosure.
Before mutual interest, only approved anonymous task and candidate projections may be disclosed. Identity disclosure follows candidate interest and organization interest. Confidential task materials and protected systems need separate authorization even after identities are known. Receiving data for one task does not authorize unrelated recruitment, advertising, resale, surveillance, cross-organization use or general-model training.
3. Record the specific sharing arrangement
Before task data is shared, the responsible parties must approve a record identifying the purpose, participants, data categories, people concerned, legal basis, access recipients, permitted operations, location, retention and contact points. Record material changes and obtain the approvals they require. Use anonymized or minimized information where possible; pseudonymized information can still be personal data.
The supplying party must have authority to disclose the material and make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate. Notify affected recipients of material corrections or restrictions. Do not supply health, biometric, children’s or criminal-offence data or credentials as task content under the current task rules. Identity verification, where required, uses a separately disclosed and authorized process.
4. When a separate processing agreement is required
This general data-sharing text is not a completed processor agreement under GDPR Article 28. If IGA TXEN OÜ, an operator or another supplier processes personal data on a controller’s instructions, the parties must put the required binding processing agreement and the specific processing schedule in place before processing starts. It must identify the processing activity and allocate the applicable duties.
That agreement must cover instructions, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, help with individuals’ rights and incidents, compliance evidence and audits, and return or deletion. It must also identify the subject matter, duration, purpose, data and people concerned. A task signature, this page or an undefined future schedule cannot replace those requirements. A processor must flag unlawful instructions and must not repurpose the data as its own.
5. Security, confidentiality and access
Each participant must use safeguards proportionate to the information and risk, protect sign-in methods, limit access to authorized people and maintain appropriate evidence of access and changes. Protected organization data may only be used in the approved task-isolated controlled environment. Ordinary download to personal devices, sharing credentials and unapproved exports are prohibited. Access ends when its approved purpose or grant ends.
Keep confidential information confidential and use it only for the agreed purpose. This duty does not cover information demonstrably public without breach, lawfully received without restriction or independently developed without protected material. Legally required disclosure must be limited to what is required, with notice to the affected party where permitted. These exceptions do not remove personal-data obligations.
6. Suppliers, AI and international access
Approved supplier categories may include hosting, communications, AI processing, identity and organization verification, payments and security services. Before the relevant activity, applicable notices and agreements must identify the actual recipients and their roles where required. Processor appointments, subprocessor authorizations and independent-controller disclosures remain distinct. An operator may not introduce an external tool or new recipient without the required approval.
Customer content must use approved European storage and processing locations. Any provider system-metadata exception needs separate disclosure, review and legal approval. Global registration or remote access does not itself authorize an international data transfer. Where transfer law applies, document a valid transfer basis, necessary safeguards and location restrictions before access.
7. Individuals’ rights and security incidents
Controllers remain responsible for requests concerning their processing. Participants must promptly direct requests to the responsible party and provide necessary assistance with access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, subject to applicable law. Do not disclose another participant’s information when answering a request. Nothing here prevents a person from approaching the relevant controller, supervisory authority or court.
Report suspected unauthorized access, disclosure, loss or misuse to the affected controller and legal@aronandaida.com without undue delay. Secure the affected access, preserve necessary evidence and cooperate on containment and recovery. Each party must meet its own statutory notification duties; coordination must not delay them. Do not conceal an incident or make public statements on another party’s behalf without authority, except where law requires them.
8. Retention, return and ending access
Keep data only for its documented purpose and lawful retention period. At the end of access or collaboration, return or securely delete data as required by the applicable agreement, instructions and law, and revoke credentials and permissions. Retained contract, payment, dispute, security or legally required records must remain limited, protected and unavailable for unrelated use. Backups and legal holds follow the documented deletion and retention process.
Account deletion does not authorize deleting another party’s necessary legal records, nor does an open dispute authorize indefinite retention of everything. A party retaining data must identify its basis and limit the retained material. Confidentiality, lawful retention, incident cooperation and individuals’ rights continue for as long as relevant information is held.
9. Cooperation, responsibility and document priority
Participants must provide reasonably necessary compliance information while protecting other customers’ data and security. Formal processor audit rights and procedures belong in the required processing agreement. Each party remains responsible for its own legal duties; contractual arrangements cannot remove an individual’s statutory rights or a regulator’s powers.
Specific signed data terms govern the processing they identify, subject to mandatory law. This agreement does not grant a software licence, ownership, contractual signing authority or unrestricted data access. Material changes need the required agreement and recorded authorization. Contact legal@aronandaida.com to raise a concern or coordinate a request. Applicable law and dispute rights follow the valid underlying agreement and mandatory rules, without compulsory arbitration under this document.
1. Licensor and scope
The licensor is IGA TXEN OÜ, registry code 14058701, Vesiveski tn 11, Tallinn 11914, Estonia, legal@aronandaida.com. This licence governs software access when incorporated into your accepted service agreement. It covers the Aron & Aida website, application and any interfaces we expressly make available to you.
The licence is separate from an operator engagement, subscription order or data-access approval. It does not sell you the software, create a task contract or grant rights to another participant’s information. Your applicable Individual Terms or Company Terms govern that relationship, and the Privacy Policy describes personal-data processing.
2. Your permitted use
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its agreed purpose while your agreement and relevant access remain active. An organization’s authorized users act through their own granted access. You may view public pages, keep a personal or internal copy of legal information, share public links and export your information through approved means.
Do not sell, sublicense or share your account or grant access you do not control. This does not prevent approved organization invitations or authorized task participation. Any separately supplied open-source or third-party component remains subject to its applicable licence; this document does not remove rights granted under that licence or mandatory law.
3. Prohibited use
Use the service lawfully, within your permissions and without harming others. In particular, do not:
- Bypass authentication, role checks, access limits, country restrictions, cost controls or protective measures.
- Introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, steal credentials or impersonate another person.
- Scrape personal or confidential data, build unauthorized participant databases, or use received information for unrelated marketing or surveillance.
- Submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, exploitative or unlawfully discriminatory material or instructions.
- Copy or reverse engineer protected software beyond an expressly granted right or what mandatory law permits, or remove required ownership notices.
4. AI outputs and integrations
AI assists human decisions and may produce errors, unsuitable content or non-unique outputs. Check outputs before use, particularly where they affect rights, money, systems or other people. No AI output is an authorized signature, consent, payment instruction or permission to exceed the approved task. The service is not a substitute for professional advice required for your situation.
Use only approved integrations and tools, with the necessary licences and task permissions. Third-party services may have their own terms, eligibility and availability limits, disclosed for the relevant use. Do not send data to an external AI or other service merely because a connection is technically possible. Your organization’s access rules and the approved execution plan continue to apply.
5. Ownership and content permissions
IGA TXEN OÜ and its licensors retain rights in the platform software, design and branding. You retain rights in your pre-existing materials, and organization data and task deliverables follow the applicable task agreement. This licence does not transfer a personal profile or general know-how to an organization or resolve ownership of a custom agent or workflow.
You authorize only the copying, storage, transmission and processing of submitted content needed for the agreed service, its security and your approved disclosures, subject to the Privacy Policy and data agreements. You must have the necessary rights to what you submit and must not present unverified AI output as independently verified evidence.
6. Availability, updates and limits
We provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill. Availability may be affected by maintenance, faults, supplier outages or security measures; uninterrupted or error-free operation and particular business results are not guaranteed. Applicable service commitments and statutory remedies still apply.
Features may be subject to disclosed usage, file, cost and country limits. We communicate material changes to agreed functionality and obtain any contract change or consent required by law. Urgent security measures may take effect immediately, with notice when practicable. Updates do not silently authorize new data uses, paid orders or changes to an accepted task.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the software. We may restrict or terminate access proportionately for a breach, legal obligation, security threat or loss of required eligibility, consistent with the applicable service agreement. Where lawful and practicable, we explain the reason and available remedy and allow a request for human review at legal@aronandaida.com. Immediate protective action may be necessary before notice.
When your licence ends, stop using access that has ended and do not retain unauthorized copies of protected software or participant data. Lawful exports, records needed to exercise your rights and required legal retention remain subject to applicable data rules. Ending software access does not erase earned payments, existing task obligations, confidentiality or available legal remedies.
8. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Each party is responsible under applicable law for its conduct and agreed obligations. A third-party dependency does not remove our responsibility for our own duties. This licence does not impose a blanket disclaimer of liability, an unlimited user indemnity or a fixed liability cap.
Nothing excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud or deliberate wrongdoing. Mandatory consumer guarantees, withdrawal or refund rights, worker protections and data-protection remedies remain available where they apply. A user’s status is determined by the facts and law, not simply by being called an operator or using an account.
9. Changes, complaints and legal process
The accepted version and any validly agreed amendments govern your licence. Material proposed changes are communicated with their version and date and require acceptance where applicable; reading an updated public page does not itself amend an existing agreement. A separate signed order may set additional licence rights for its defined service without displacing mandatory law.
Send legal questions, infringement reports, security concerns or complaints to legal@aronandaida.com with enough detail for us to investigate. We aim to resolve concerns through human review and dialogue. Applicable law and competent courts follow any valid express agreement and the rules that otherwise apply, including mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. This licence does not require arbitration or prevent complaints to regulators. An unenforceable provision does not displace the remaining lawful terms or statutory rights.
