Work with confidence. Stay in control.

Bring human skill and AI into your business with a clear task, approved access and defined responsibilities. Your company sets the boundaries. Our supported task connections enforce them as connected work runs.

Safeguards built into our supported task connections

  • Task-scoped access
  • Encrypted credentials
  • Approved actions
  • Clear records

Protection built into the work.

A useful connection starts with a clear company decision. Access, credentials and actions each have their own safeguards.

Access with a clear purpose

Your company approves

An authorized company approver defines the information, resources and permitted actions for the task. The person doing the work follows that agreed scope.

The right people, the right task

Organization, role and task checks keep supported connected access tied to the approved participants and purpose.

Current authority matters

The platform checks that task authorization is still active before a new connected action runs.

Protected connections

Encrypted credentials

Stored task-connection credentials are encrypted and bound to your company, task and approved connection.

Separate from the conversation

These stored credentials are kept out of the person’s conversation and AI prompts. The registered server-side connector uses them for authorized work.

A connection is a starting point

Connecting a resource establishes access for the agreed purpose. A supported action in that resource needs its own explicit approval.

Actions you can account for

Approve the specific action

Supported tool actions are linked to an approved task plan and explicit approval of the exact action.

Checks at the moment of action

Permission checks run on the server. Current task authorization is checked again immediately before execution.

A clear record

The platform records approvals and tracks action status against the same task and resource, keeping connected work traceable.

A clear path from brief to result.

Human judgment stays at the heart of the work. AI and connected tools operate within the task agreement, with explicit approval for supported connected actions.

  1. Define the task

Agree on the result, the responsible person doing the work, the supported AI tools and the data-handling requirements.

  2. Approve the access

Your company’s authorized approver confirms the specific information and resources the task may use.

  3. Authorize connected actions

Approve the exact supported action. The platform verifies the plan, approval and current authority before it runs.

  4. Keep a record

Approvals and connected-action status remain linked to the task. Each new action depends on authorization that is still active.

Your information has a purpose.

Clear data boundaries support confident collaboration: what is shared, why it is needed and how it may be used are part of the task agreement.

Company and personal data stay distinct

A person’s portable profile is separate from organization task information and access rights. Task access follows the company, role and approved purpose.

AI use follows the agreement

The task plan sets out which supported AI tools may be used and what data-handling requirements apply. Each supported AI tool works within the task access your company has approved.

Personal data is not sold for AI training

We do not sell or license personal data to third parties to train their AI models. Verified anonymised conversation extracts and aggregated usage data may support service, matching and AI improvements under our Privacy Policy and applicable confidentiality, notice and consent requirements.

Read our Privacy Policy

Your security questions, answered.

Who controls access to my company information?

Your company stays in control. An authorized company approver defines which information and resources a task may use and for what purpose. For supported task connections, the platform checks task authority before connected work begins.

How are connection credentials protected?

Stored task-connection credentials are encrypted and bound to your company, task and approved connection. They are kept out of the person’s conversation and AI prompts. The registered server-side connector uses them to carry out authorized actions.

Does connecting a system also approve an action?

Connecting a resource and approving an action are separate decisions. Supported tool actions need an approved task plan and explicit approval for the exact action. The platform checks current task authorization again immediately before the action runs.

How do the person doing the work and AI use my information?

The agreed task plan identifies the person doing the work, supported AI tools, permitted actions and data-handling requirements. Your company approves task access. Both the person and AI work within that company-approved scope.

Is there a record of connected work?

Yes. For supported tool actions, the platform records the approval and tracks the action status against the same task and resource. This creates a clear record of what was authorized and the state the action reached.

What happens when task access ends?

Your company controls the lifetime of task access. Active task authorization governs each new action through a supported connection. Ending or revoking that authorization ends permission for future actions through that connection, while approval and action records preserve the history of the work.

How is my information used to improve AI?

We do not sell or license personal data to third parties to train their AI models. Under our Privacy Policy and applicable confidentiality, notice and consent requirements, verified anonymised conversation extracts and aggregated usage data may be used to improve our services, matching and AI systems.

Where can I find the rules for sharing and retaining data?

Our Privacy Policy explains data use and individual rights. The Data Sharing Agreement sets out purpose, participants, permitted operations and retention requirements. The task agreement records the specific boundaries for the work; records required for contracts, payments, disputes, security or law follow the applicable retention rules.
