Your account, profile, and search for matching measured tasks are free. You and the company agree the task’s measured outcome, execution plan, and compensation before you start doing the work.

Plans include guided task preparation and management of matching, agreements, approvals, access permissions and results within your active-task capacity. Pay for the person doing the work, external tool licences and AI costs for performing the work are separate, approved costs. Drafting is free subject to fair-use limits. Usage limits are disclosed before purchase; extra paid usage requires prior approval.

Capacity means tasks active at the same time, not a monthly task limit. Marketplace tasks and tasks for your own staff use the same capacity. A slot is reusable after valid closure or pre-contract cancellation; pausing a task does not free it.

Profile and brief preparation are free. The company subscription is required before opening a confirmed task for marketplace matching or sending an approved internal task offer to an employee. Your company stays in control: activating the subscription, publishing a task, approving a match and granting system access are separate decisions. There is no percentage platform fee on compensation for the person doing the work.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the next renewal. To stop renewal, email support@aronandaida.com from your account email with your organization name and a cancellation request. We verify your billing authority and confirm the effective date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. After that, no new tasks or matches can start; existing task contracts and payment obligations continue. Closing a task or signing out does not cancel your subscription.

For your organization’s first subscription, email support@aronandaida.com within 30 days of the first payment. Include your organization name, payment reference and why the service did not provide sufficient value. We review each request individually and provide a refund decision within five business days. This value-refund policy does not cover upgrades or later resubscriptions. Subscription refunds do not cancel task contracts, compensation for the person doing the work or approved tool costs. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Do not email card details or identity documents.
